Never Treat 3 Amazon Models The Same

An Amazon business  has 3 components that many people use the same, but they should be treated totally different.

The goal is to scale up your Amazon business as soon as possible, when you don’t scale up others have control of your  business. It’s almost like you are working for someone else. Avoiding scaling up also means more stress. I don’t know about you but I like to avoid stress like the plague.
When you become the creator of your products and services you have full control of your business and your life.

The 3 components of your Amazon Business:

1. Merchant Fulfilled– is when you  have items at your house and then send them to the customer after selling them on Amazon. This can be a tedious job, if I were to go this route again I would outsource 99% of my work.
In order to earn a substantial income without investing a lot of time, you will want to become a wholesaler.
If you become a wholesaler you get the best deals.
If you are not ready to take it that far you can start with finding things around the house to sell or contacting friends and family to see if they have anything they want to get rid of. Don’t forget about Craigslist there is a goal mind over there.
2. Drops shipping– is finding items to list on Amazon higher that sell cheaper on sites like Walmart, after selling the item you keep the difference. This is  a quick way to earn some cash, but  I don’t recommend doing it the way that many people do it. That model is very risky, especially if you have a hot item selling and the supplier goes out of stock.
The best drop shipping strategy would be to have your own store then order from AliExpress, then learn how to market your product.
3. Fulfillment center- Amazon has a fulfillment center but there are many in the world, they are not well know like Amazon, but you can get a membership for as  low as $150 a year if Amazon ever shuts your account down.
If Amazon shuts down your Amazon Business account and you can’t get a stealth account having a fulfillment center membership will be very beneficial, because they will send out your items just like Amazon does.
The only disadvantage– is that you are going to have to learn how to market your product on your own and that will not be a problem once you learn the skill of internet marketing.
Marketing your product is a skill that you can take with you regardless of what you do in life. If you have a message you want to get out or a product or service you want to sell. Internet marketing skills are crucial.
Private labeling- should be the goal of every person selling on Amazon. When you private label you have the most control over your e-commerce business. Before ordering your main products you want to go over to AliExpress to get some samples of that product.
Order 1-5 samples to see if the quality is good, test it and then sell them to your family, friends or put them up on eBay. Do not put them up on Amazon yet. Once you get your reviews back then you have a better idea if you want to keep moving forward on this branding project.
As you can see each component is different , yes  it’s okay to start with what I mentioned in the beginning but I compel you to shoot for the stars and scale up your home business asap, most of all don’t treat them the same.
There are so many things you can do with these three components and the skills you have acquired from having an Amazon Business.
If you want to go beyond private labeling you can. Soon I will share with you some other things you can do with the skills you have acquired from having an Amazon Business.
